Managing Broker

Frank Hough is the managing broker of Wayvora Realty in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is skilled in guiding agents through difficult situations, and is available to help our agents when they need advice. Frank enjoys helping our Realtors grow their business and hearing how their deals are progressing.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Winona State University. He first obtained his Minnesota real estate salesperson license in 2014. In 2019 he earned his Minnesota Broker’s license. In 2023 he became a Managing Broker for the first time, when he started his own company. In 2026 he earned his Wisconsin broker’s license, and is now licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Frank has served on several committees for the Minnesota Association of Realtors, including the Professional Standards Committee and the Forms Committee.

He is passionate about helping Wayvora Realty agents achieve their goals. Frank is as involved or uninvolved as each agent would like, so that you can run your business as you see fit.
